Muzaffer Demir
Chairman of the Board Responsible Auditor
Born in Gaziantep in 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance, at Anadolu University. In 1992, he served as Revenue Controller at the Revenue Control Departments in Ankara and Istanbul under the Ministry of Finance. In 2002, he was appointed as the Head of Istanbul Transportation Tax Office and the Head of Marmara Corporate Tax Office. Since 2005, he has been the founding partner of Etkin Denetim and CPA Inc., starting activities as a Sworn Financial Advisor.
Kudret Fikirli
Vice Chairman of the Board Responsible Auditor
Born in Konya in 1951. He graduated from the Adana Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences. In 1990, he started working as a Sworn Financial Advisor, becoming a partner and board member at Erdikler-Eratalar CPA. Since 2022, Kudret Fikirli has continued his career as a Sworn Financial Advisor at Destek CPA. Since 2011, he has also been continuing his Sworn Financial Advisory activities as a founding partner under the umbrella of Fikirli CPA Ltd. Co.
Tabir Gökçe
Board Member
Born in Samsun in 1955. He graduated from Istanbul Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences (Sultanahmet). Between 1978 and 1987, he worked in the private sector in the field of accounting. From 1987 to 1999, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Since 1999, he has been continuing his career as a Sworn Financial Advisor.

Muhammet Cihan
Partner Responsible Auditor
He was born in Aydın in 1980. In 2001, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance. Between 1998 and 2003, he served as a tax officer at Marmara Corporate Tax Office, and in 2003, he started working as a Tax Inspector Assistant. In 2012 and 2013, he worked at Doğan Companies Group Holding Inc. as the Tax Management Group Manager. In 2013, he founded MCN Audit Consultancy and Sworn Financial Advisory Inc. and started providing services as a Sworn Financial Advisor.
Halit Özdemir
Board Member
He was born in Istanbul in 1970. In 1991, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences. In 1992, he started his career as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance. Throughout his career, he held positions at Marmara Corporate Tax Office Presidency, Foreign Trade Tax Office Presidency, Istanbul Marmara-Bosphorus Corporate Practice Group Directorate, and Tax Procedure Group Directorate since the establishment of the Revenue Administration Presidency. Since 2008, he has been continuing his activities as a Sworn Financial Advisor within the structure of Etkin Denetim and Sworn Financial Advisors Inc.
Zeynel Murat Gül
Board Member, Responsible Auditor
Born in Elazig in 1969. Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of English Economics. Started working as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance in 1992, and obtained a master's degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the U.S. with a Ministry scholarship. Left the position in 2003 and started working at Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. as the Head of Accounting and Finance Department. Since 2006, he has been serving as a Sworn Financial Advisor at Tepe Sworn Financial Advisory Ltd. Co., of which he is a founding partner.
Hasan Topal
Leader of Audit and Advisory Services, Responsible Auditor
Born in Istanbul in 1986. Graduated from Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2010. Started working in the independent audit department of KPMG Turkey in 2011. Worked in the Financial Control and Finance department of Fiba Renewable Energy Holding Inc. between 2021 and 2023. Joined the Rasyonel Independent Audit team in 2023.
Turan Fikirli
Partner Responsible Auditor
He was born in Istanbul in 1975. In 1998, he graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics. Later, Turan Fikirli continued his education with a 2-year master's program at the University of California, Berkeley. As a Certified Public Accountant, Turan Fikirli began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1998. Subsequently, he worked at Ernst & Young for 2 years from 2001. Currently, at Fikirli Sworn Financial Advisory, he provides services in tax auditing, independent auditing, tax consultancy, and corporate merger projects for organizations in various sectors.
