We conduct independent audits in accordance with mutually agreed procedures between company managements for trade receivables and payables, as well as purchases and sales. These audits are carried out under the scope of the International Standard on Related Services (ISRS) 4400 "Engagements to Perform Agreed-Upon Procedures Regarding Financial Information," and we report our specific findings.
